Job Description : HisabOne Private Limited is a Lahore-based software company providing cloud ERP and POS solutions that help businesses modernize accounting, invoicing, inventory, and sales operations. We are seeking a Sales Executive to introduce these business-management tools to prospective customers and support them through the sales process. This role is remote, with the job location listed as Lahore, Pakistan. Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential business customers, understand their operational needs, and present relevant ERP or POS solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and implementation considerations in clear business terms. Manage prospect communication and follow-ups, maintain accurate lead and opportunity records, and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline. Prepare proposals, discuss commercial terms, and coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and customer requirements. Work toward agreed sales targets and share customer feedback and market insights with the team. Job Specification : Business-to-business sales prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity management. Clear presentation and demonstration skills, including explaining ERP, POS, or other business software to non-technical customers. Consultative communication: uncovering customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and responding professionally to questions or objections. Strong negotiation, proposal preparation, and follow-up skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Accurate use of CRM or other sales tracking tools to maintain pipeline and customer records. Ability to work toward targets, prioritize activities independently, and collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams. Fluent professional communication.
