Job Description : Seeking a skilled IT System Engineer to administer multi-cloud (Azure, GCP) and Microsoft 365 environments. Core Responsibilities: Administer and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP) and the full Microsoft 365 suite. Handle backup and recovery across cloud platforms. Serve as the L2 escalation point for advanced technical issues, providing troubleshooting and resolution. Handle technical communication and escalations with vendors, including Microsoft and Google, for L3 support. Job Specification : Key Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and the complete Microsoft 365 suite. Good background in L2 system support with expert troubleshooting skills. 3 to 5 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with ITSM tools for SLA management of incidents and service requests. Skilled in vendor coordination for high-level technical escalations.
